One time they had instructions for dissecting a cow's eye, and it reminded me of my 7th grade science teacher, Mr. Florence. One day he dissected a sheep's eye in class. He had them in glass jars on his desk. You know it had to have been gross and memorable, because it has been 30 years since I was in 7th grade! Wow, even that is gross!
